Nature Walking Yoga

Nature walking yoga is a slow traveling experience of immersive and experiential tourism.

It is a unique experience that holds together the ‘inside-out’ relationship by helping us fully inhabit the present moment with a vivid but quiet mind, a vibrant body, and an inclusive and light-hearted way of being together.

All of this is possible if we allow our 5 senses to catch up with the experience and wisdom that Nature gives us at every step.

Wonderful Liguria – proposals for Tour Operators

This is a customizable proposal with some necessary conditions:

  • mid/low season – autumn and spring. Liguria offers unique scenery, affordable prices and a climate that can be unexpectedly mild during these periods. It also avoids crowds and queues at visiting places,
  • the group can be a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 12/15 people to create relationships that facilitate welcoming and sharing: the founding values of the NATURE WALKING YOGA experience,
  • if planned, the tour will enhance sustainable mobility with the use, primarily, of trains and public transportation for internal travels,
  • my commitment as coordinator and facilitator of the experience is quantified with a cost per day per group of 250 € (VAT exempt) + refund of out-of-pocket expenses for room and board and travels,
  • management of all costs ( food, lodging, travel, packed lunch,…) is the responsibility of the tour operator, travel agency/agent, etc…or directly of the group of participants if self-managed,
  • he experience is offered in Italian with possible translation into English and Spanish,
  • no expertise in yoga or similar disciplines is necessary, only a desire for an authentic immersive and experiential tourism experience in which to explore the inner landscape beyond the one we admire and pass through with awareness and care,
  • a spirit of adaptation and a good ability to walk on trails of all kinds is required.
